Why doesn't my collection show on another device?

Sign in with the same account on both, and make sure each is online. Devices catch up when you open or return to the app or site. Without an account, cards stay on the device where you saved them.

What if I change a card on two devices?

The most recent change to that card wins.

Why does a price look wrong?

Prices are estimates for ungraded cards and don't always distinguish printings, such as 1st Edition. Check a card's sales history before buying or selling it.

Why can't I find a card?

Wrenshelf currently covers English cards. New sets appear once they reach TCGdex.

Why won't a card scan?

Use good light and keep the card's name and collector number, such as 4/102, in view. Scanning needs an iPhone camera and isn't available on the website.
